200g of sashimi actually turned out to be more than I expected, and when two of us shared it, we even had a little left over.
So I tried it buri-shabu style — and honestly, I immediately thought, “I should’ve bought more.” It was that good.
Supply isn’t very stable at the moment, so I’d recommend ordering sooner rather than later, before it’s gone.
