To ensure product freshness and smooth delivery,
all deliveries are made within the time ranges listed above.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

If you have any delivery-related requests,please leave a note in the Order Notes section at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate requests,we may not be able to fulfil all requests depending on circumstances.

• The earliest available delivery date is from two business days after the order date.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available during the selected delivery time,
the order will be returned to our facility.

As we prioritise product freshness,
re-delivery is not guaranteed.

If product quality and storage conditions allow,
we may offer re-delivery by the following day, subject to availability.

If you wish to request re-delivery,
we will advise availability either when we contact you,
or upon receiving an enquiry from you.

Please note that additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability,
refunds are generally not available due to the nature of the products.

Store Pickup is available at Depachika Factory.

If you are unable to be available during the delivery time,
or prefer to collect your order at a fixed time,
Store Pickup is a recommended option.

Please select “Store Pickup” at checkout
and choose your preferred pickup date and time.

Store Pickup is available free of charge, including for orders under $100.

If you need to change your pickup date or time after placing an order,
please contact us by the day before your scheduled pickup date

If you do not arrive within your selected pickup time without prior notice,or cancel without notice,

refunds are generally not available.
