Returns for Change of Mind

As our products include perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us at support@depachika.com.au within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. We may request photos of the item(s) to help us assess the issue.

 

Resolution

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. The method of resolution will be determined at our discretion, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
